pgWalk provides an online service for prioritizing candidate pgwalk for a given disease. In the step-by-step mode, you can upload a file containing candidate pgwalk, type in a MIM number and retrieve results online.
At this page, upload a single plain or compressed text file containg candidate pgwalk and check the results online. Compressed files in gz, zip and rar formats are preferred.
