collectNET utilizes the integrated ligand-receptor interaction database to generate inference results from three different cell communication inference methods: CellChat, CellphoneDB, and Celltalker. These results are then ensembled using Fisher's combined probability test, filtered and further regularized through thresholding, maximizing the discovery of significant ligand-receptor pairs in the inference results.

Users can obtain the cell-cell communication results and various statistical measures by submitting a gene expreesion file and a cell annotation file to this web server.
